Commercial Litigation - Lancashire

This is a new role for a lawyer with ideally 5 year's PQE upwards to join the Commercial Litigation team of a well known regional firm in Lancashire. If you are looking to a role with breath and variety, this is an excellent opportunity within a friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As an experienced Commercial Litigation lawyer in this team, you would:
*Work on a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and director disputes, breach of warranty claims and general contract disputes.
*Work within a 4 Partner team with a friendly and supportive culture.
*Have a commercial client base and work ready to tap into from the local market and beyond.
*Be within a full service commercial firm, with a longstanding reputation in the Lancashire and wider North West market.
*Enjoy flexible working arrangements to suit individual requirements.

The Candidate

To be successful in your application for this Commercial Litigation lawyer vacancy, you will have:
*A minimum of 5 years' PQE with a strong emphasis on general contract disputes.
*Be confident as a litigator and able to deliver an excellent client service.
*Experience of working in a national or regional full service law firm.
*A good teamwork ethic.
*Based in the Lancashire or North West market.
