A highly regarded law firm with offices across Merseyside are looking for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Assistant to expand their successful Property department for their office in central Liverpool.

This Residential Conveyancing Assistant roles consists of assisting a busy Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with their caseloads, whilst using a Case Management system and the Land Registry Portal. In order to be successful in this role you must have at least 12 months experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant, strong administrative skills from office experience and experience working on Post completion matters, including SDLT, AP1'S and registrations.

My client is ideally looking for someone 2/3 days a week however will also consider full time applicants.

The salary on offer for this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role is ranging from £18,000-£21,000 (pro rota) and dependent upon previous experience within property.
