A Legal 500 firm, with sites in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, is seeking a property litigation solicitor for its head office in Luton.
The ideal candidate would have around 5 years PQE in dealing with landlord and tenant matters (acting for either landlord or tenant), residential evictions, forfeiture of leases, commercial evictions, dilapidation claims, leasehold enfranchisement and service charge disputes. The 4 lawyer team is highly experienced and well-know for the high level of technical excellent it offers through its bespoke service to commercial clients and individuals.
