Residential Property Paralegal
Legal 500 with offices in Devon and client base across the country is seeking to recruit an experienced conveyancing paralegal to work within their nationally recognised Affordable Housing team.
This is an opportunity to join a busy team and act for large regional housing associations and individuals and handle a caseload of matters relating to the sale and purchase of sale and purchase transactions relating to new build developments including right to buy, leas extensions and shared ownership files.
Ideally, you will be a candidate that has built up previous experience within busy conveyancing team and had exposure to new build and specialist transactions, able to work at various stages of the process.
