Our client is a highly reputable law firm situated in North London who are seeking to recruit an experience and enthusiastic Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy and expanding team on a permanent basis.
The successful Fee Earner will have the ability to handle their own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from inception to completion with limited supervision including:
* Freehold / leasehold
* Re-mortgages
* Lease extensions
* Transfer of equity
* Help to buy
* Shared ownership
Our client is looking for the right candidate who can hit the ground running with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience and they are looking for someone to join either the Harlow or Epping office.
