Corporate M&A Solicitor

LAW Absolute is working on Corporate M&A role with a Top 20 law firm who is looking to recruit a Corporate M&A Solicitor with 1 + PQE to join them on a 6- 12 month FTC starting asap.

 You will have at least  1 year of post qualifying experience of;

• Corporate M&A transactions to include due diligence reports and working on a range of deals across a range of sectors
• exposure to AIM Listings and ECM ( equity capital markets) transactions would be ideal.

The role has come about due to an increase in workloads and a need for a highly astute corporate solicitor to join their team on a 6-12 month contract and assist in supporting other senior associates and partners on big deals and corporate transactions.
