Our client, a leading Silver circle firm, is currently recruiting for a commercial real estate lawyer to join them at short notice for an ongoing due diligence project starting asap.

 You will join this highly ranked real estate group on a 2 month rolling contract and assist the team on a range of due diligence projects to include, working on a range of investment portfolios and assisting with drafting and reviewing leases, renewals, title reports, landlord and tenant issues .

You will ideally have a range of experience gained with a leading city or international law firm and be able to work on commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and investments.

The team is collaborative and supportive and highly rank in the legal 500 and in chambers for their work.
