Company Secretary (Partnership Secretary)
The Client - is a respected City Law Firm. They are looking for a Company Secretary (Partnership Secretary) to join the team in their London office. This firm is award-winning and creates a professional and enjoyable environment to work in.
The Role - is based in London with some flexibility of home working. As the Company Secretary (Partnership Secretary) you will be expected to provide quality, firmwide company secretarial advice and support as part of the Partnership Secretarial function.
You will proactively contribute by actively seeking to support the firm's governance framework, and anticipating the needs of colleagues, service providers, and Non-Executive Advisers to the firm. The core part of the role is focussed on company secretarial work, but there is also an administrative element involved.
You - will have previous Company Secretary (Partnership Secretary) experience. Qualified or part-qualified and:
An understanding of corporate secretarial practice and excellent attention to detail
Ability to produce high quality minutes
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external parties
Ability to engage with partners and senior management with confidence and an assured
Ability to manage and reconcile conflicting demands and stakeholders
Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
