US law firm based in the heart of the City is looking to hire a new IT Trainer to be responsible for planning and delivery of Information Technology training for all staff. This role will provide training on all firm-supported software via instructor-led classroom training (post COVID19 restrictions), webinars, videoconferencing, one-on-one coaching, and via eLearning course and video tip creation, conduct new hire technical training, collaborate with other IT Trainers to create and maintain a workflow-inspired curriculum, conduct training needs analysis, analyze performance problems, and recommend training solutions, collaborate with end users to understand unique requirements based on role, business unit, and office location, and offer training solutions that are adaptable to those needs and maintain training records in the learning management system. Applicants must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner, have strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities, whether working independently or in a team situation, experience with Learning Management Systems and Document Management Systems (DeskSite/FileSite preferred), Windows10, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe ACTIVE. Applicants need to be degree educated with at least 3 years’ experience of IT Training preferably from within a law firm. This role can be for experienced or junior Trainers. Salary is flexible for the right person to £55,000.
