A great opportunity for a post completion conveyancing assistant has arisen to join an established law firm in Edgbaston.
You will join the firm’s post completion conveyancing department providing full support in regard to the conveyancing post-completion process. This will include ensuring all post-completions processes are finalised, including paying stamp duty to HMRC, serving any notices to landlords, registering new owners with the Land Registry, requisitions, ledgers etc, along with any other administrative duties the department requires.
To be considered, you must have at least six months conveyancing experience along with a legal background, law degree or LPC. The firm is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who can work in a high-pressured environment and to tight deadlines. In return for your hard work, the firm will offer progression into a paralegal position where you will gain further experience on the full range of conveyancing transactions.
This is a great starting point for a law graduate with some property experience to grow and develop within a reputable law firm. For more information contact Rebecca Higgs at G2 Legal or apply online.
