Lead Legal Counsel

You will be joining a hugely successful British name with extremely exciting growth plans.

You will be able to undertake flexible working/WFH for this role.  You will also be able to occasionally travel to the organisation's offices on the north London/Herts borders.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.

You will be the organisation's first dedicated in-house Legal Counsel and you will report directly into the Board.  You will have direct access to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

You will be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package.

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 8+ years' PQE.  You will have some prior in-house experience.

Please note that we will respond to you directly if we wish to discuss this position further with you.
