A small specialist litigation practice in the heart of Liverpool is expanding its Housing Disrepair department and is seeking an ambitious and confident Fee Earner/Paralegal to join the growing team.
You'll ideally be an experienced Fee Earner or Paralegal with a solid background in handling litigated claims and have handled (or had exposure to) your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims, running cases from instruction through to completion.
The department deals with an array of Housing Disrepair claims on behalf of tenants. You'll manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated files, which you'll handle from start to finish. Additional training will be provided but it is essential that you have a background in HDR litigation and have dealt with your own caseload of files before.
On offer is a competitive salary (up to £36k!) which will be in line with your previous experience alongside a full benefits package and ongoing training and development.
