A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Litigation Fee Earner looking for an exciting opening in Liverpool.
The department offers stability and career development in a dedicated Financial Miss-Selling team. Joining this well established and successful law firm you will be an experienced Financial Litigation Fee Earner (paralegal, litigation executive or solicitor).
You'll be joining a supportive team, working alongside experienced fee earners, managing your own caseload of Financial Miss-Selling files from instruction to settlement/completion. Your caseload will consist predominantly of litigated and pre-litigated miss-sold mortgages, SIIPS & miss-sold pensions cases. Further training on associated financial claims will be provided however, previous Financial Miss-Selling experience is essential ideally dealing with SIIPS/FSCS matters.
The small close-knit team affords real chances for progression and professional development. On offer is a competitive salary, in line with your previous experience, guideline of up to £35,000.
