A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer (Fee Earner/Solicitor) to join a well-respected small property specialist law firm based in Bury.
This role would suit someone who is looking to come away from a traditional conveyancing role and have the opportunity to work on residential projects for refinance and renovation. The firm have a fantastic staff retention and offer high quality work with full assistant support.
You will be working within a small friendly team handling a mixed caseload from inception through to completion, acting on the behalf of landlords building a portfolio, developers of land sites and for businesses of all sizes in their commercial property requirements.
Experience of working as a conveyancer/fee earner/solicitor within property is essential for this role.
