An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Senior Contentious Trust & Probate solicitor to join the busy Cardiff office of a top firm.
You will be joining the highly regarded contested wills, trusts and estates team. This is a fantastic chance to come and work for a well established, dedicated team doing all contentious Trusts and Probate work acting for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations and banks.
You will be responsible for handling a full range of contested will, trust and estate work with a particular focus on high value, complex and cross-border trust and estate disputes. Alongside your caseload, you will be actively involved in business development and this will play a key part in your role.
Ideally you will have a following or established network of contacts and referrers, and hold the ACTAPS and STEP diplomas.
