Healthcare Solicitor

An exciting new role has arisen for a Healthcare Solicitor to join this Legal 100 firm based in the City of London.
 
You will be joining one of the leading healthcare teams in the country, becoming part of a team that act for a range of healthcare organisations such as trusts and healthcare professionals including doctors and nurses.
 
In this role you will take on a caseload of Healthcare Regulatory work including inquests, as well as defending healthcare professionals in relation to regulatory, Health & Safety, or criminal proceedings. You will also provide a range of advice on regulatory matters to healthcare providers such as primary and secondary care trusts.
 
Your skills and experience should include:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• The ability to run a caseload of healthcare matters
• Inquests
• Advocacy
• Defending healthcare regulatory cases against individuals and originations 
• Providing advice in relation to healthcare regulatory matters
