Corporate Paralegal

We have a great opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join a top US law firm on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London.

Your responsibilities will include conducting Companies House searches, drafting board minutes, written resolutions, due diligence, creating virtual data rooms and managing extensive deal details. You will be responsible for the Compensation & Benefits practice group, with diverse corporate transactions involving private and public companies.
