Are you an experience Litigation Solicitor looking for a new challenge where you can climb the career ladder?

My client is an established law firm based in the New Forest area who is looking to grow its successful Litigation team due to an increase in workload, in this key hire. As Litigation Solicitor (6+ years PQE), you will provide expert advice on all aspects of litigation including commercial disputes, property litigation (boundary disputes, possession claims, tenancy forfeitures), commercial contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, construction disputes and employment issues. The role is to work alongside an experienced Partner within the firm.

Your role as an Senior Litigation Solicitor will involve:

  • Being active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
