Corporate Lawyer

Corporate/Banking/Finance Lawyer – Associate or Senior Associate - High-quality work and great lifestyle – based in Guernsey.

This well-known offshore law firm advises an international client base on some of the most interesting work in the Channel Islands market. It is keen to bolster its transactional practice in Guernsey and is looking for two experienced UK qualified lawyers, one at Associate level and one at Senior Associate. The team advises across corporate, banking and finance, and funds/financial services, and so the roles should appeal to lawyers who enjoy a bit of variety and who are keen to take on more responsibility, both in executing work and in client development. You are likely to have around 2-6 years’ relevant experience for the Associate role, and at least 6 years’ relevant experience for the Senior Associate vacancy. Whilst this would be a good fit for a City lawyer seeking a change, it might also appeal to a lawyer who is currently with a leading firm outside of London and who is attracted by the opportunity to do City style work without the lifestyle implications of working in a City law firm.

The Channel Islands

Process

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically three or four months later, depending on notice period. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with licenses (where applicable) and relocation, including temporary accommodation on arrival.
