Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm.

Our client currently have a requirement for a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team based in Exeter.

The role will involve managing your own residential conveyancing caseload of sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold land. You will also be working on re-mortgages, transfers of equity and newbuild purchases.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to show that you can confidently manage a residential property caseload independently. Salary will depend on experience.
