We are assisting this excellent regional firm in an exciting period of growth. Our client is looking for a residential conveyancer to join their office in Wells.

The successful residential conveyancer will be working on a caseload of purchases and sales of leasehold and freehold properties for a range of private clients. Duties will include managing a caseload from start to finish to include raising contracts, raising/replying to enquiries, reporting on title, completing on leases, taking instructions from clients, drafting completion statements, exchange (including pre and post exchange duties), dealing with the land registry.

You must have experience in managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. It is important that you are qualified as a legal executive, licenced conveyancer or be 'qualified by experience'.
