Property Paralegal - residential and commercial property

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking two Property Paralegals with experience in both residential and commercial property matters.

The successful Property Paralegal will need to demonstrate experience in working on commercial leases and residential property acquisitions for major projects. Your caseload will consist of at least 50 live matters and you will be required to work with minimal supervision. The client uses the IKEN case management system. Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous.
