Leading London law firm is looking to hire a new permanent fee-earner in to their Property department, this will either be a Paralegal or Legal Executive.  This role will focus on housing associations and residential property matters in particular, although the clients are commercial entities, being familiar with ‘shared ownership’ would be a bonus but is not essential so subsequently even though you will be based in the Commercial Real Estate team the emphasis of the hire will be on residential property/conveyancing.  Our client is looking for someone who can assist with the conveyancing process from initial instructions onwards, prepare and collate documentation, familiar with leases and other property documents.  Candidates must have current/recent solid experience of working as a Paralegal or Legal Executive in a property department of a law firm and dealing with residential property matters (or mix of residential and commercial).  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with a flexible attitude required.  Salary is dependent upon experience and further training will be provided.
