This fantastic regional law firm based in the heart of Lancashire are looking to expand their RTA team and currently going through a strong period of growth. You will be based near to the heart of Blackburn with on-site parking and a fantastic new office.
This position would suit an Paralegal, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner. You will be expected to hit the ground running so need to have gained 2 years' experience of dealing with litigated RTA claims and have previously worked on fast-track and multi-track matters. On top of the your RTA files you will be dealing with a small amount of Complex Injury matters as well as LVI Fraud and MIB Claims.
This firm place client care as their number one priority, so this is not a 'volume factory' and you will be dealing with a reduced caseload in comparison with most Personal Injury firms.
Throughout the past year this firm have grown from strength to strength but still value their staff and reward them with a generous bonus scheme and career development opportunities.
