Residential Property/Conveyancing Paralegal - London

Our client, a renowned law firm based in London are seeking a paralegal to join their Commercial Real Estate team. However, this role has a focus on Residential Property/Conveyancing paralegal matters, and is a full-time, permanent position.

This role will focus on housing association and residential property matters, although the clients are commercial entities. The client needs a candidate who can assist with the conveyancing process from start to finish.

Applicants must have current/recent solid experience of working in a property department of a law firm AND dealing with residential property matters, (or a mix of residential and commercial property )

This role may suit a trainee legal executive, but the client requires a candidate who is willing to stay in the role long-term.

Applicants must have exemplary academics, IT skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
