- A global team of Banking Solicitors worldwide
- The team advises lenders and borrowers on complex, high value and high profile financing transactions in the UK and internationally.
- Clients range from Global 1000, Fortune 500 enterprises and leading technology companies

The Role
- Opportunity for an ambitious Banking Solicitor to join an expanding team in Manchester
- Work within a team with exceptional experience and great quality work
- You will work on leveraged finance, corporate finance for PLC borrowers, real estate finance and asset based lending
-Representing lenders and borrowers in complex finance transactions
-International deal exposure

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Banking Solicitor, NQ-3 PQE
- Strong academic record
