Social Housing Solicitor

Social Housing Associate/Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Warwickshire, £Excellent. This is one of the largest, non-city based law firms in the West Midlands with a national reputation for its technical expertise. The firm are recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Associate to join their Social Housing Securitisation team, who have an unrivalled reputation as a leading supplier of legal solutions to the social housing sector. You will work as part of a team on large scale portfolio matters comprising mainly charging (securitisation) work and stock rationalisation projects. You will help to manage, mentor and supervise junior staff. 

SOCIAL HOUSING ASSOCIATE/SOLICITOR:
Ideally you will have a solid property background and preferably (but not necessarily) already have experience within this specific area. Demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic and have a desire to play a key role in the continued and future success of the team. This role would suit an experienced Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (although candidates with fewer PQE may be considered dependant on relevant experience).
