Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is proud to bring you a great vacancy for a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join a Legal 500 and highly rated firm's Corporate Commercial department. Although Corporate work has dropped off in some of the UK this firm's longstanding clients are providing ample work and the firm need additional support.

This strong regional firm is respected in several its departments and lots of them are highly ranked in the Legal 500. As a result, many of their Partners come from very strong backgrounds or from internal promotion with the firm.

The firm has a corporate feel throughout but remain a strong believer in work/life balance and flexibility. They feel that a lot of their success comes from the happiness of the team and the ability to engage and interact with clients at the highest level.

The firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 6+ PQE to join their team in Newbury, Berkshire.

The opportunity has much more responsibility that a standard fee earning position. As well as managing the growing team you will be involved in business development, client liaison and supporting the junior members of the team, especially support staff.

This position reports directly to the Commercial Team Leader.

You will be involved in all aspects of;

Agency agreements, distribution agreements, joint venture agreements, long term supply agreements, manufacturing agreements and more.
