Are you an experienced and passionate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) in Manchester looking to join one of the regions most well developed and well regarded Property departments?
This is your opportunity to join a well established and continually growing Property team in Manchester to deal with high quality Residential Conveyancing transactions. You'll be joining a modern and dynamic Residential Property team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners and you'll have full support from legal assistants within the department to ensure that you provide the highest level of service to your clients.
Your new role will see you manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property transactions which you'll handle from instruction through to completion and post completion. Your caseload will be truly varied, including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, shared ownership, right to buy & help to buy, remortgage and transfer of equity.
