A fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal has arisen at a well-respected and modern law firm in Stourbridge. Our client is seeking a residential conveyancing paralegal to support their busy and vibrant department.
You will be joining a small team assisting on working with and supporting the busy fee earners ensuring that all conveyancing transactions are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner with both clients and referrers. The role will involve assisting with the running of cases from instruction through to exchange, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties and everything in between.
Our client is looking for at least two years’ experience of working within a residential conveyancing department in a similar position. They are also looking for somebody who is approachable, friendly and who is able to work well as part of a team.
