Experienced residential conveyancer required in Hull
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a reputable firm of Solicitors at their office in Hull.

Recognised by the legal directories in several areas, this highly reputable law firm boasts a number of specialist Solicitors and several support staff in Hull and various other UK offices. The residential conveyancing team have an excellent reputation for their work and deal with both local and national residential property sales and purchases.
The role:
The team are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer, one who is able to run a varied caseload from instruction to completion alongside the aid of an assistant with minimal to no supervision and one who works well both independently and as part of a team. You will be on hand to assist more junior members of the team and not be afraid to input new ideas that will help the team remain strong competition in the market.
The successful candidate:
Will have a minimum of 3 years' experience handling a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases.
