This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Associate Solicitor with a strong background in Motor (RTA) Fraud to join one of Liverpool's most highly regarded Defendant Insurance practices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 3 years PQE+) with a background in RTA/Motor Fraud and have dealt with your own caseload of files from instruction through to completion. You will have previous Litigation experience as your caseload will be predominantly (if not fully) litigated. You'll be able to work with no supervision and have a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail along with good drafting skills.
You'll be joining a modern law firm which fully supports and promotes each individual to progress and reach their full potential. You'll be working as part of a very well-established department which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and has full legal assistant and admin support. You'll pride yourself on providing the highest level of service to your clients and be passionate about growth and generating work opportunities.
If you are an experienced Fraud Solicitor from a claimant background with an interest in moving into defendant work, you are actively encouraged to apply.
