This long-established Exeter-based firm is looking to recruit a new Team Leader for its very busy residential property team.
They are searching for an experienced solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to head up this friendly team.
In this role, you will join a very busy conveyancing team and run your own matters from instruction to conclusion, as well as supervising a further team of 4.
Candidates with managerial experience are encouraged to apply as you will be involved in supervising the team and signing off their conveyancing work.
For this role, you will need an absolute minimum 4 or 5 years' conveyancing experience as a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.
A very family friendly team and flexibility on hours will be available. This is a busy full-time role, and it is anticipated you can work 2 days/week from home.
Competitive salary, depending on experience.
