Interesting new planning role for an experienced planning lawyer looking for a new challenge in Spring 2021. You will be joining a leading Top 50 International law firm, with a strong name in Planning Law. Great opportunity to work on high profile planning applications nationally including off shore wind farms, major residential schemes including garden villages and regeneration, new rail and road projects, airport developments, waste and mineral projects; You will be dealing with wide range of clients, working closely with the team both in Bristol and across the UK.

Ideally you will have experience in large infrastructure projects as you will be involved in advising on large scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, giving strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting our national real estate practice. This roles offers exceptional quality of work, working alongside high calibre lawyers. If you are from a leading Regional firm or the City and thinking about relocating to the South West, you won't be disappointed on quality of work on offer, and maintaining a good work/life balance. Post pandemic, our client is looking at more flexible work arrangements so being able to WFH /in the office mix.
