Our client is a leading Scottish law firm that has an outstanding reputation and is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Due to continued growth, the firms well established Residential Property team seek to take on an additional residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate.
To be considered for this residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate opportunity, you will have hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion.
Your role will involve dealing with a full range of high quality property transactions including sale and purchase transactions, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, examining title, re-mortgages (this is not an exhaustive list) and delivering a first-class customer service.
Ideally you will be a residential conveyancing senior solicitor/associate with 4+ years' PQE and have a proven track record in handling the full cycle of conveyancing transactions. Candidates with less than 4 years' PQE will also be considered.
