Our client is a leading Scottish law firm who have an outstanding reputation and is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. Due to continued growth, the firms well established Commercial Property team seek to take on an additional commercial property senior solicitor/associate.
Your role will involve a broad range of high quality commercial property matters and to be considered for this commercial property solicitor opportunity, you will have a sound understanding of the structure and principal elements of investment and development acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing and real estate finance transactions. 
Ideally you will be a commercial property solicitor with 3+ years' PQE who is commercially minded, possesses strong technical skills and holds a personable approach. You will also demonstrate a commitment to providing a first class level of client service and be able to maintain positive existing client relationships as well as developing new ones.
