This established and reputed firm is very busy in its residential property team and now seeks an established and accomplished residential conveyancing solicitor or legal executive, ideally with at least 3-4 years' experience.
In this exciting role, you will join an existing team and advise on a broad caseload to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, leases and tenancy agreements.
Ideally, you should enjoy working autonomously and be capable of making your own decisions, although help and support will be provided when necessary.
Based in beautiful Wadebridge, you will enjoy all that Cornwall and the South West have to offer.
Candidates with ties to the area who are committed to relocating will be considered, as will local solicitors or legal executives looking for a new challenge.
Excellent salary, depending on experience.
