Corporate Solicitor
An award-winning Legal 500 practice is looking to hire a corporate solicitor for its dynamic team based in St Albans.
You will ideally be a corporate solicitor with around 2 years’ PQE that should include solid transaction experience. The role will see you join a small team that works closely with the firm’s other teams and deals with M&A work, MBO/MBI and acquisition and disposal work for a broad range of clients, including start-ups, SMEs and large commercial organisations.
You will ideally be involved in marketing and business development activities. The firm can offer excellent ongoing support and career development, as well as a market rate salary and benefits.
