A growing specialist personal injury firm is looking to appoint an experienced RTA Litigation Executive to join its friendly and ambitious team in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
As an RTA Litigator, you will be working alongside a highly experienced Head of Department managing a caseload of predominantly fast-track RTA litigated matters which have fallen out of the MOJ Portal. You will have full responsibility from taking the claims through to trial or settlement as necessary. The team is also keen for the successful applicant to expand into EL/PL cases in the short term, and prior experience in EL/PL would be advantageous but is not essential.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced RTA Fee Earner with at least 3 years' litigated experience in managing your own caseload.
