HJA are looking to recruit two junior Solicitor with experience in general civil litigation including professional negligence, contentious probate, ToLATA, breach of contract claims, and tort work and be familiar with all funding arrangements including private, CFA, LEI and some legal aid

Candidates must have had experience in at least one of the following disciplines:

  • Contentious probate
  • ToLATA claims
  • Professional negligence

Experience of other litigation disciplines, such as breach of contract claims and property litigation is desirable.

Candidates must also have a good working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, and be able to carry out basic case management with minimal supervision.

The role  will involve assisting senior members of the team with their varied caseloads, alongside managing their own files as they develop the requisite skills and experience. 

The right applicant will be committed to assisting us in providing an excellent service to our clients and will be an integral part of the team.  They will be proactive in generating new work.
