A long-standing multi-service practice based in Stockport has a rare opening within its Residential Conveyancing department for an experienced Solicitor to work within a fast-paced and busy team.
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. You will be joining a small yet dedicated Conveyancing team and given responsibility for your own portfolio of Residential Conveyancing transactions, which you'll handle from instruction through to completion. Your caseload will be truly varied and you'll be expected to work with little to no supervision. You will deal with leasehold and freehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, remortgage, shared ownership etc.
You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with PQE and experience, along with full company benefits.
