A thriving and reputable law firm is seeking to recruit a new build conveyancer to join its team. This busy, forward thinking, and supportive law firm is offering a new build conveyancer the opportunity to assist in growing and developing their department.
Our client is a multi-site law firm well known for its conveyancing services across the West Midlands. The firm is now seeking to appoint a new build conveyancer to join its team. The role requires you to be able to handle your own caseload of new build matters from instruction through to completion, with a proven track record of maintaining and developing relationships with housebuilders and clients. You will have full administrative and paralegal support.
Our client is looking for a new build conveyancer with at least two years’ experience handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters, ideally all new build, though applicants will be considered who have touched upon new build as part of a more varied caseload. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and in return the firm offers flexibility, autonomy, and a down to earth and friendly working environment.
