This full-service reputed law firm is very busy in its commercial property department. Residential and commercial property is its largest team and it is looking for an additional solicitor or legal executive to join the team in Newton Abbot.
You will inherit a broad caseload acting for both commercial landlords and tenants. This work will include retail projects, leisure projects and acquisitions of development sites for commercial and mixed-use, portfolio sales and acquisitions and business transfer work.
Unusually, this role could suit a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive, or perhaps a more senior commercial property lawyer looking to join a friendly and supportive team. It is more about your team fit and drive to succeed. You will need relevant and recent commercial property experience from another reputed law firm.
