Are you looking for the next step in your Corporate career, working along side leaders in their field in a collegiate team for a top legal 100 firm?

Our client, based in beautiful and vibrant Oxford, is a regional heavy-weight and acts for clients across a range of sectors including technology, manufacturing and consultancy.

This highly rated Corporate team have grown impressively due to increased instructions over recent years and are now seeking to expand further. The successful candidate will work with within a dynamic team nationally on a diverse range of corporate matters. You will be between 0-3 years PQE with private M&A and general company law experience. Experience of company restructurings, working with start-ups, and private equity would also be advantageous.
