If you are an experienced Residential Conveyancer, this is an exciting opportunity to join an established, forward-thinking practice in Stourbridge.
Our client is one of the leading legal practices in the area with several branch offices. An opportunity has arisen in their Leamington Spa office for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property Department.
The successful candidate will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing which will mean managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. You will also liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents.
The position would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least three years’ residential conveyancing experience as you will need to be able to work independently and unsupervised. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and remuneration.
