NQ - 2PQE Resi & Commercial Property Solicitor

JDI Legal  - North East based recruitment specialists are currently instructed on behalf of an established coastal practice on Tyneside who are recruiting a talented and motivated NQ-1PQE to do a mix of residential and commercial property transactions.

The successful individual will ideally have completed a seat or have paralegal experience in both area disciplines and be familiar with conveyancing practices and procedures, good drafting ability, time management skills and committed to a career in property law. 

The person will work closely with two separate departments and have a supervision and guidance for each. The caseload will involve a range of sales and purchase, right to buy, commercial leases, extensions, renewals, involvement with larger transactions and a good support for the commercial property solicitor.

Its a brilliant role for those recently qualified OR those with a good amount of post qualification experience in property and looking to re enter private practice.
