A role has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a well established family team based in Guildford. You will deliver a high standard of client care, concentrating on publicly funded matters, predominantly domestic abuse and private children law.
The successful family solicitor will be NQ+ and have has previously worked in handling Domestic abuse cases as well as being happy to carry out advocacy as there is a high volume of Advocacy involved.
The role will involve 70% Non-molestation orders and 30% children's act and will work under the supervision of a Supervising Solicitor.
