Legal Client Services Manager
Guildford
A multi award winning national organisation require a Client Services Manager to join their Guildford office on a full time, permanent basis,
The firm is the largest provider of pro bono legal support in their sector in England receiving thousands of referrals from police and domestic abuse support agencies every month.
The successful client services manager will have daily responsibility for the efficient running of a small team of staff helping survivors complete the paperwork required for them to obtain an injunction in the Family court.
Previous experience required:
- Experience managing a team/people management leadership skills (within a law firm)
- Business minded
- Family Law experience and to able to understand legal & civil court procedures - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of developing and implementing systems and processes to improve service and organisational performance and efficiency
- Understand Microsoft office and be comfortable producing KPI reports
