RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – 3+ PQE – LINCONLNSGIRE - £30,000 TO £45,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:4055

Multi-service law firm who are well-established in the East Midlands, offering incredible opportunities within their leading team of legal professionals and have high level accreditations from the CQS and Lexel. The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing their own caseload of freehold and leasehold properties, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownerships therefore knowledge and technical expertise in these areas is essential. As an Experienced Residential Conveyancer joining this busy team, you must be able to demonstrate excellent client care and recognise the importance of building and maintaining relationships. This role is strictly office based therefore applicants must be located within a commutable distance from the firm’s office. Applications are sought from Qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling their own busy caseload of conveyancing files. The successful Experienced Residential Conveyancer must be self-motivated and have a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines and targets. It is also important to the firm that applicants have a keen interest in self-development.
