Paralegal – Real Estate Finance, 12 months’ property experience required, Manchester – A top tier, national firm are seeking the addition of a Paralegal to join their busy Real Estate Finance team.

THE ROLE:
This firm’s Real Estate Finance team is one of the largest in the North West and is comprised of legal professionals that are all experts in their field. The successful Paralegal will be responsible for drafting security documentation, drafting mortgage reports, ordering documents from HMLR and ordering bankruptcy searches, priority searches and company searches. The appointed Paralegal will also be expected to make and receive calls from clients and third parties involved in the transaction, respond promptly to requests for updates from clients and third parties and deal with files at completion stage to include preparing outgoing TT forms for checking and preparing files to hand over to post-completion.  

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from confident and ambitious Paralegals who have at least 12 months’ experience working in Property Law. In order to be considered for this role, applicants must have excellent communication and attention to detail along with the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
